Hirotake IMANISHI CLAY Works

金属釉と九谷上絵による、手仕事の銘々皿。

板状の粘土を切り出し、角の一部を折り曲げることで、動きのあるフォルムに仕上げています。
表面には、鉄やマンガンなどを独自に配合した金属釉を施し、時間の経過とともに表情が変化していきます。
さらに、九谷焼の上絵技法を用いて、一つひとつ細胞紋を手描きしました。
科学的なモチーフと伝統技法が融合した、唯一無二の一点です。

※一点ずつ手作りのため、色・形・大きさには個体差があります。

・手仕事のため、色の濃淡や小さな黒点（鉄粉）、貫入（かんにゅう）、凹凸、ムラなどが見られる場合があります。
・形や高さ、口径の大きさにも差があり、ゆがみが見られることもあります。
・紋様の配色や配置、模様の数などは一点ごとに異なります。

Metallic-Glazed Dessert Plate with Hand-Painted Cell Pattern

This small plate is hand-cut from a slab of clay, with one corner gently folded to create a dynamic, sculptural form.
Its surface is finished with a custom metallic glaze blended from iron, manganese, and other minerals—offering subtle changes in color and sheen through use over time.
Each cell pattern is hand-painted using the traditional Kutani-yaki overglaze technique, combining scientific inspiration with Japanese craft tradition.

Each piece is handmade; slight variations in size, color, and form make every one unique.

Due to the handmade process, there may be small variations in glaze tone, iron specks, fine crackles (kan’nyū), surface texture, or warping.
Patterns and color placement are hand-painted individually—no two pieces are exactly alike.
